Delivery and collection
We deliver on Thursdays across the West Coast, or you can collect in Yzerfontein.
How delivery works
- Delivery day: Thursdays.
- Planned delivery date: shown in the checkout before you pay — never the coming Thursday, always the one after it.
- Minimum order for delivery: R400 of goods, shown again in the checkout before you pay. Collection is free with no minimum.
- Delivery fee: one flat fee, the same to every town on the route, shown at checkout.
- Kept frozen: cold storage at −18 °C, delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles by the Frozen Food Courier. The distance does not change the temperature it is held at.
If a town has too few orders for the run, we email you and move the order to the following Thursday at the same price. You can also choose free collection or cancel; see the FAQ for the refund details.

Collect from 14 Atlantic Drive, Yzerfontein, 7351, on Tue, Thu, Fri & Sat, 08:00 – 15:00. Collection is free. No same-day collection: choose an available day after your order date so we can prepare your boxes. Items coming from Gatti may take longer; checkout shows the available dates.
