Delivery and collection
We deliver on Thursdays across the West Coast, or you can collect in Yzerfontein.
How delivery works
- Delivery day: Thursdays.
- When it arrives: shown in the checkout before you pay — never the coming Thursday, always the one after it.
- Minimum order for delivery: R400 of goods, shown again in the checkout before you pay. Collection is free with no minimum.
- Delivery fee: one flat fee, the same to every town on the route, shown at checkout.
- Kept frozen: cold storage at −18 °C, delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles by the Frozen Food Courier. The distance does not change the temperature it is held at.
